PRESIDENT'S WELCOME
Dear all,
Welcome to the UEA Law Society website! I am Annelise Ward, your President for this upcoming year.
Our society aims to bridge the gap between study and the legal industry by providing our members with opportunities to develop their skills and create connections.
We host seven annual competitions, alongside a range of career events to expose our members to the opportunities available to them both during and post university. A focus during my term as President is to diversify the events that are available to our members by, for example, exploring new areas such as legal technology and innovation.
Academics aside, we host an exciting social calendar for our members including two formal balls, a trip abroad and regular fun events, to ensure there is something for everyone. We strive to grow a society where like-minded people can enjoy connecting.
